Individual Therapy- Consist of a dedicated 50 minute session where you are giving the space to slow down and process past trauma or current struggles.

Our mission during each 50 minute session is to empower you to learn more about yourself and develop the tools you need to live a more balanced life. During therapy, we will develop goals and actionable items to help us direct your care and overall wellbeing. 

We help you slowdown to address past trauma, problematic behaviors or even just to get to know yourself on a deeper level.
